Stay Within Our Block!
NCCE and the Spokane Housing Bureau
work very hard to determine the overall value our conference brings to
Spokane, and this impacts our ability to negotiate the best deals on such
things as hotel room rates. Unfortunately, some attendees choose to reserve
their hotel room outside our block. Rooms sold outside of the NCCE block
cannot be tracked; therefore, the value of the NCCE Conference diminishes.
To stay in the NCCE block, make your reservation using the Spokane
Housing Bureau Online
Housing Form. You are helping us negotiate future low
rates with our conference hotels. Thank you for your assistance.

- The deadline for making hotel reservations is Friday,
February 9, 2007.
- All reservations must be made through the Spokane Housing Bureau,
utilizing their on-line housing program. Hotels will not take reservations
directly. If you are unable to make reservations on-line, please contact
the Spokane Housing Bureau.
- One person may reserve more than one room provided
that the contact and credit card information are the same for all and names
of all occupants are known and provided.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. Your
credit card will not be charged in advance and an alternative form of payment
may be presented at check-in. If payment is to be made by purchase
order it must be submitted directly to the hotel by mail or fax so an account
for billing purposes can be set up prior to arrival.
- After submitting
your reservation on-line, print out your reservation details and save for
your records.
- You will receive a hotel confirmation
number via email within 48 hours. Please save this email as it will include
a link to modify or cancel your reservation if needed. Changes or cancellations
before the cutoff date of February 9 must be made through the Spokane Housing
Bureau reservation program.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be
cancelled at a minimum of 72 hours in advance of arrival to avoid a one night
room and tax penalty charge. An early departure fee will be charged
unless the hotel is notified at check-in or before of a change in planned
length of stay.
- Following online registration for the NCCE Conference, click
the Make
Hotel Reservation Online link at the bottom on this page.
- Reservations
must be made by February 9, 2007. Reservations following this date may
be made directly with the hotels on a space available basis and may not
receive the special conference rate. If you cannot find lodging after
February 9, you may call the Spokane Housing Bureau for assistance.
