Advanced Registration for NCCE 2007 is now closed. You can still register onsite at the Spokane Convention Center, located at 334 West Spokane Falls Boulevard in Spokane, Washington. Please proceed to the second level of the newly built Riverside Hall D for registration assistance.

Membership Information

NCCE 2007 participants will receive a one-year membership with a full conference registration. Membership applications are on the membership page. Conference registrants do NOT need to fill out a separate membership form.

Workshop Registration

Full-day and three-hour workshops are available. Workshop fees are separate from the conference registration fee. Please list three workshop choices in order by preference. NCCE will fill workshops on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to register early! NCCE will make every effort to match registrants with their preferred choice. Workshops need a minimum of 10 participants.

Payment Details

Web, fax, mail, and phone registrations may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, or purchase orders. Checks, money orders, and travelers checks may be used when registering by mail or onsite.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds are accepted in writing via FAX or email by March 1, 2007. A $75 fee will apply. NCCE will process approved refunds after the conference.

Group Rates

In addition to the registration savings offered by our Early Bird Rate (registrations ordered before February 9), school districts placing 10 to 25 registrations on the same purchase order will qualify for a discounted registration fee of $210 per person. This is a $15 savings from the Early Bird Rate of $225 and a $55 savings from the $265 rate after February 9, 2007.

To qualify for any group rate, participants must reserve hotel space through the NCCE approved Housing Bureau found in the Housing section of this program.
