Wireless Connectivity

 


On behalf of the Oregon Convention Center (OCC), NCCE is able to offer wireless connectivity at a discounted rate. A limited number of the wireless connections are available at $28 for the duration of the conference (Wednesday, February 8 through Friday, February 10, 2006). To reserve a wireless connection, check the box on the registration page. For information regarding the OCC wireless internet connectivity policy and procedures, please view the OCC website at www.oregoncc.org.

   

Email Stations

 
In an effort to provide conference attendees with email connectivity, NCCE is pleased to offer email stations for your convenience on Thursday and Friday.
   

 Continuing Education

 
College credit and clock hours for NCCE ’06 are available. If interested, please check the appropriate box on the registration form.
   

 NCCE Booth

 
NCCE t-shirts and memorabilia will be available for purchase at the NCCE Booth in the registration area.
   

 Helpful Hints

 
The tone of NCCE '06 is casual, so plan to wear comfortable attire and footwear.
   

 Transportation to Portland

 
From the airport, many hotels provide free shuttle service (check with your hotel.) The Portland MAX Light Rail provides service from the airport to area hotels. For more information on the MAX, visit www.trimet.org. For detailed driving instructions, visit www.oregoncc.org.
   

 Parking

 
For those of you driving, the Oregon Convention Center operates one underground public parking garage. Visit www.oregoncc.org for driving directions and parking rates.
 

 General Membership Meeting

 
The meeting will be held from 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, February 9. Meet the NCCE Board of Directors and staff. You will have a chance to win a prize!
 

 First Timer's and New Member Meeting

 
The First Timers and New Members Meeting will be held from 7:45 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, February 9. This informative session will provide new attendees with information regarding the conference structure, facilities layout, and helpful hints.
