Nominations to
Board of Directors


 

The NCCE Nominations Committee is soliciting nominations for the following Board of Director offices:

1. At-Large Representative

 2. ESD Representative

The term of office for each position is three years and begins July 1, 2007. The NCCE Board of Directors meets four times a year and all approved expenses are reimbursed by NCCE.

The Nominations Committee will develop a slate of two candidates for each position from the nominations received and will submit that list to the NCCE Board of Directors for approval prior to the Annual General Membership Meeting on March 8, 2007.

If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for one of the above listed positions, please submit the following information by Friday, February 9, 2007, to nominations07@ncce.org.

2. Resume or Vitae

3. A statement between one paragraph and one page in length that describes why the nominee is qualified for the position and why he or she would like to serve on the NCCE Board of Directors.

4. Nominee’s signature approving that his or her name be put into nomination for the office and that NCCE has permission to publish conventionally or electronically all information provided by the candidate. This can be completed at the annual membership meeting.

If a nominee is selected, he or she will be required to submit a digital photograph by mid March, 2007, for use in NCCE publications.

Nominations are due by February 9, 2007.
