ImageNCCE Past President Vince Ruggiano, has been a Technology Specialist for the Beaverton School District in Beaverton, Oregon for 7 years and an ELL Program Facilitator for 3 years. As a technology specialist in the IT Dept., he coordinated with teachers, administrators, technology facilitators, and building technology teams to successfully use technology with their curriculum. Vince is currently a Program Facilitator for the English Language Learners Dept. in Beaverton Schools. 
He specializes in using technology to meet District ELL goals. Vince has been a classroom teacher in K12 classrooms and is an Adjunct Professor at Lewis and Clark College and Portland State University where he teaches technology classes for teachers and administrators.

I was a principal at Five Oaks summer school for most of the summer, but stayed at various Oregon beaches on the weekends.

4.  What is one thing you would like to do in the next 5 years?


Compose more music.

5.  Any surprises for the 2008 Seattle conference?


The Sun will be in the Seventh House of Uranus!

English and Spanish
