Hotel Reservation

Instructions Please do not contact the hotel directly. The deadline for new reservations is February 20, 2012. For best availability and immediate confirmation, make your reservation via internet.

Reservation requests can be submitted via ONE of the following methods:

Phone: Call the Seattle Housing Bureau at 1.888.877.0255 or 1.206.461.5881 (Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PT).

Acknowledgements

The Seattle Housing Bureau will send you an acknowledgement confirming your reservation. Please review all information for accuracy. E-mail confirmations will be sent within 24 hours of the reservations being processed, fax and mail confirmations in 7 to 10 days. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, please contact the Seattle Housing Bureau by phone or email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You may also check your reservation via the reservation web site regardless of how you booked your reservation. You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel.

Room Rate

To take advantage of the special NCCE rates, please book your reservations by February 10, 2012. After that date the NCCE block will be released and hotels may charge higher rates.

Special Requests

Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
